How do I cancel Runly Pro?
Runly Pro is managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings.
Can I get a refund?
All subscription payments and refunds are handled by Apple via the App Store. Runly does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
Where is my health data stored?
Apple Health data stays on your device and is never sent to Runly's servers. Your races and training plans are stored in your private iCloud container, accessible only to you.
How do I disconnect Garmin?
You can disconnect your Garmin account at any time from within the app. When you do, your Garmin token and user identifier are deleted from our systems.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. Email hello@getrunly.app to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is Runly medical advice?
No. Runly gives general training guidance. Please check with a medical professional before you start a new training program.
