Welcome to Runly! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Runly mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Runly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Runly provides users with personalized marathon training plans based on their input, such as race date and training preferences. The App offers a subscription service called "Runly Pro," which provides additional features to enhance the user experience.

3. Subscription & Payment

Runly Pro is a subscription-based service that renews on a monthly basis. All subscription payments and refunds are managed by Apple via the App Store. Runly does not process payments or issue refunds directly. Users can manage or cancel their subscription through their Apple account settings at any time.

4. Health Disclaimer & User Responsibility

Runly is designed to provide general training guidance and does not constitute medical advice. Users are solely responsible for assessing their own fitness level and should consult a medical professional before beginning any training program. Runly is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may occur as a result of using the training plans. Participation in any training program is entirely at the user's own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runly is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Runly, its owners, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Runly is also not responsible for inaccuracies in training plans due to incorrect user input.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and materials within Runly are the property of Runly or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Runly's content without express permission from Runly.

7. Changes & Amendments

Runly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

Runly may terminate or suspend a user's access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reasons at its discretion.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and/or the applicable national laws of the user's country of residence.
